Our First Real Train Ride

We sure had a lot of fun on our train ride on the 25th of February. Ian called and said he needed us to come home about a week early from Junction City, Kansas (aka Junk Town as Elizabeth calls it). So, Cohen and I hopped on the 5:20 am Topeka Train and landed in La Plata, 15 miles south of Kirksville, at 10:00 am. We had a great time. We had breakfast in the dining car, our seats were large and even had a footrest that looked just like a recline, plus the seats reclined really far, and there was at least three times more leg room than any airplane. We enjoyed the observation car and lounge, and made plenty of friends.
